Contracting Entity

These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the “User,” “Student,” or “you") and Stash AI ("Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our"), the developer and operator of the JEEnius application and related services.

Geographic Scope: The JEEnius service is primarily designed for students preparing for Indian engineering entrance examinations, with content and features specifically tailored to JEE Main and JEE Advanced syllabi and examination patterns.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old to create a JEEnius account. Users between 13–17 years must have explicit parental or guardian consent before registration, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations for minors.

User Rights & Obligations

This section establishes the fundamental rights granted to users of the Jeenius platform and the corresponding obligations they must fulfill. The terms outlined here govern how users may access and utilize the AI-powered JEE preparation services while maintaining platform integrity and legal compliance. These provisions are designed to protect both user interests and Stash AI’s intellectual property rights while ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

License to Use Jeenius

Stash AI grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Jeenius platform for personal, educational purposes related to JEE preparation. This license permits users to:

  • Access all educational content, practice questions, and AI-powered features
  • Download study materials for offline use on personal devices
  • Participate in peer duels and community features
  • Generate and save personalized study plans and progress analytics

The license is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use. Users may not:

  • Redistribute or resell any content, questions, or AI-generated materials from the platform
  • Share account credentials or allow others to access their personal account
  • Extract or scrape the question database or proprietary algorithms for external use
  • Create derivative works from Jeenius content without explicit written consent from Stash AI

Commercial use requires separate licensing arrangements. Educational institutions, coaching centers, or businesses seeking to integrate Jeenius content must obtain enterprise licenses with specific terms and pricing structures.

The license remains valid throughout the active subscription period and may be terminated immediately upon violation of these terms or discontinuation of service by the user.

User-Generated Content & Conduct

Users retain ownership of original content they create within the Jeenius platform, including study notes, forum posts, and uploaded materials. However, by submitting content, users grant Stash AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform improvement and educational purposes.

All user-generated content must comply with community standards:

  • Educational Focus: Content should contribute meaningfully to JEE preparation discussions
  • Respectful Communication: Users must maintain professional and respectful interactions in forums, chat features, and peer duels
  • Accuracy Standards: Shared solutions, explanations, or study materials should be factually correct to the best of the user’s knowledge
  • Original Work: Users must not post copyrighted materials without proper authorization

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities conducted under their credentials. This includes:

  • Using strong, unique passwords and enabling available security features
  • Immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Ensuring accurate profile information and contact details for service communications
  • Complying with age restrictions (users must be at least 13 years old, with parental consent required for users under 18)

Prohibited Activities

  • Cheating or fraud in mock tests, practice sessions, or competitive features
  • Sharing answers during timed assessments or peer duels
  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or bypass restrictions
  • Automated tools or bots to complete practice questions or generate artificial engagement

Technical Misuse

  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract proprietary algorithms or AI models
  • System interference including attempts to hack, overload, or disrupt platform infrastructure
  • Unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, private data, or restricted platform areas
  • Malware distribution or transmission of harmful code through platform features

Content Violations

  • Illegal content including materials that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Harmful content such as harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language
  • Spam or commercial solicitation unrelated to JEE preparation or educational purposes
  • False information deliberately designed to mislead other users or damage platform credibility

Platform Abuse

  • Resource exploitation including excessive API calls or bandwidth consumption beyond normal usage
  • Gaming the system through artificial manipulation of progress metrics, rankings, or achievement systems
  • Impersonation of other users, educators, or Stash AI representatives
  • Circumventing restrictions including attempts to bypass content filters, usage limits, or subscription requirements
