⚠️ Important Information
What happens when you delete your account:
- Personal Information: Your email, name, phone number, profile picture, and social media links will be permanently anonymized.
- Account Data: Your study progress, test scores, practice history, flashcards, bookmarks, and favorites will be deleted.
- Duel History: Your duel matches, scores, and rankings will be removed.
- Chat History: All your book chat conversations and AI interactions will be deleted.
- Social Features: Your friendships, friend requests, and social connections will be removed.
- Subscriptions: Active subscriptions will be canceled (billing must be handled separately through your payment provider).
Data Retention:
- Immediate: Your account will be marked for deletion immediately.
- 30 Days: Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you change your mind and want to recover your account.
- After 30 Days: All personal data will be permanently deleted and anonymized. This action cannot be undone.
- Legal Obligations: Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance (e.g., transaction records) as required by law.
Request Account Deletion
Please follow these steps to delete your Stash AI (Jeenius) account:
- Enter the email address associated with your account below
- Confirm that you understand the consequences of deletion
- Click "Request Account Deletion"
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
- Your account will be permanently deleted after 30 days
