Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jeenius — an AI-powered platform for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) preparation — including the Jeenius mobile apps (Android and iOS), the web app at ai.jeenius.tech, and our related APIs and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service & Parties

Who You Are Contracting With

These Terms are an agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and Stash AI (“we”, “us”, “our”), an independent venture based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, which operates the Jeenius app and related services.

What the Service Offers

  • An AI doubt-solver that answers questions from text or uploaded images.
  • Practice questions, daily practice problems (DPPs), and mock tests with explanations.
  • Previous-year-question (PYQ) search and AI-generated and AI-predicted practice questions.
  • Real-time one-on-one duels and related social features.
  • Personalised study plans, performance analytics, formula sheets, and book chat.

Features evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove features. The Service is designed for students preparing for the JEE Main and JEE Advanced examinations in India.

Eligibility & Accounts

Age & Parental Consent

Jeenius is intended for JEE aspirants. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.

Creating an Account

You can sign in using email and password, your Google account, or a phone number with a one-time password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Your Responsibilities
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and your account secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at support@jeenius.tech of any unauthorised access.
  • Use one account per person; do not impersonate others or provide false information.

Licence to Use Jeenius

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Jeenius for your personal, non-commercial JEE preparation. All content, questions, software, and AI-generated materials remain the property of Stash AI or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share content, questions, or AI-generated materials from the Service.
  • Share your account or allow others to use it.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or extract the question database, or reverse-engineer our software, models, or algorithms.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Coaching centres, schools, or businesses wishing to use Jeenius with their students should contact us at support@jeenius.tech for a separate arrangement.

Your Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload — such as notes, questions, images, and documents (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display it for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate any law. You are responsible for Your Content.

Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you must not:

Misuse & Cheating

  • Cheat in mock tests, practice, or duels, or share answers during timed assessments.
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, abuse free limits, or evade restrictions.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service or generate artificial activity.

Technical Abuse

  • Attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our models, prompts, or algorithms.
  • Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Service’s infrastructure.

Harmful or Unlawful Content

  • Post or share content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Spam other users or use the Service for unsolicited commercial solicitation.
  • Impersonate other users, educators, or Stash AI.

If you violate these Terms, we may warn you, restrict or suspend your access, or terminate your account, depending on the seriousness of the violation and whether it is repeated. Where required, we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Plans, Pricing & Payments

Jeenius is free to start, with paid plans and add-ons that unlock additional usage and features. Current plans:

The exact price, duration, and inclusions for each plan are shown in the app at the time of purchase, and may change from time to time. Any change applies only to future purchases.

How Payment Works

  • Payment provider: payments are processed in Indian Rupees (₹) through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
  • One-time passes, not auto-renewing: each paid plan is a one-time purchase that grants access for a fixed period (for example, 30 days). Plans do not auto-renew. Access ends automatically when the term expires unless you choose to purchase again.
  • No app-store billing: purchases are made through Razorpay within Jeenius, not through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.
  • Stacking: if you buy a new plan while one is active, it may be queued to start when your current plan ends.
  • Taxes: prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Refunds & Cancellation

Because plans do not auto-renew, there is no recurring subscription to cancel — a plan simply expires at the end of its term. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

AI Output & Educational Disclaimer

AI-Generated Content May Be Inaccurate

Jeenius uses artificial intelligence to generate answers, questions, explanations, study plans, and other content. AI can make mistakes: its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

Predicted Questions Are Not Guarantees

Any “predicted”, “expected”, or AI-generated questions are model-based predictions and practice aids. They are not actual examination papers, are not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any examination authority, and do not guarantee that similar questions will appear in any exam.

Not a Substitute for Formal Study

Jeenius is a study aid intended to support your preparation. It is not a substitute for your school, coaching, teachers, or official syllabus and resources. We do not guarantee any particular academic result, rank, or outcome, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stash AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the above limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account from within the app or at ai.jeenius.tech/delete-account. Deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we terminate your account for a serious or repeated violation, any remaining paid access may be forfeited without refund. On termination, the licence granted to you ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
