Who this is with
You are contracting with Grey Neural Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company. Not with a brand name.
- CompanyGrey Neural Technologies Private Limited

- Registered officeFlat No. E-1/14, S.M. Nagar, Sarkarpool, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal 700143, India
- ProductJEEnius, its apps, website and APIs
"We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person using the app. Where the user is under 18, "you" includes the parent or guardian who agreed on their behalf.
Who can use it
Under 18? A parent or guardian has to agree, and we will contact them. That is the law, not our preference.
The app is built for students preparing for JEE Main and Advanced, most of whom are under 18.
- If you are 18 or over, you can agree to these terms yourself.
- If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must agree on your behalf. We ask for their details and write to them directly, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 requires.
Tell us your real date of birth. Getting it wrong is not a clever workaround; it removes protections the law gives you.
Your account
One account, yours alone, real details. Do not share your login.
- Give accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- One account per person. Do not share a login, and do not sell or transfer your account.
- Tell us at support@jeenius.tech if you think someone else has got in.
What you can do
Use it to study, as much as you like, on your own devices.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use JEEnius for your own exam preparation, for as long as your account is open and any plan you bought is active. Practise, take mocks, ask the AI, save notes, print your own progress. That is what it is for.
What you cannot do
No scraping, no reselling our content, no sharing paid material, no abusing other students.
- Copy, scrape, bulk-download or redistribute questions, solutions or explanations
- Share paid content with people who have not paid, including in groups or channels
- Resell, sublicense or commercialise any part of the service
- Reverse engineer the app or probe the API beyond your own account
- Use bots or automation to hit our systems, or try to get round rate limits
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything containing another person's personal information
- Harass or impersonate anyone, including in features where students interact
- Use the service to cheat in an actual examination
Serious or repeated breaches can cost you your account. Where we can, we will warn you first.
About the AI answers
The AI gets things wrong sometimes. Check anything that matters against your textbook. It is a study aid, not an authority.
Solutions, explanations, generated questions, study plans and predictions are produced by AI models. They are usually good and they are sometimes confidently wrong. Treat them the way you would treat a bright classmate's working: useful, worth checking.
- We do not warrant that any AI answer is correct, complete or current.
- Predicted or generated questions are informed guesses from past papers. They are not leaked papers, and nobody can tell you what will actually be asked.
- Percentile and rank projections are estimates from your own practice data, not forecasts of your result.
- Nothing here is medical, legal, financial or career advice.
If you spot a wrong answer, tell us. It genuinely helps, and we fix them.
Paying for a plan
Prices are in rupees and include tax. Razorpay takes the payment. Refunds have their own page.
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes, before you confirm.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card details go to them, not to us. We keep only the last four digits, the network and a token.
- Plans run for the period shown at purchase and renew only if you chose a renewing plan. You can cancel any time.
- We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Where a purchase is made inside Google Play or the App Store, that store's payment and refund rules also apply.
Cancellation and refunds are set out in full on the Cancellation and Refunds page, including your right to escalate.
What belongs to whom
Our content stays ours. Your notes and answers stay yours.
Ours. The app, its design, the question bank, the explanations, the prediction engine and the JEEnius name and logo belong to us or to our licensors. Past examination questions are the property of the examining bodies that set them; we provide them for study with our own solutions.
Yours. Anything you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the app can work: show you your history, adapt your practice, answer your doubts. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content to advertise anything.
Ending the agreement
Leave whenever you want. We only remove you for a real reason, and we tell you why.
You can leave at any time by deleting your account in the app or writing to us. Deleting anonymises your record and stops further processing. Refunds follow the refund policy.
We can suspend or close an account if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if an account is being used to attack or defraud the service. Except where the law prevents it or the risk is immediate, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
What we are responsible for
If we get it wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last twelve months. We cannot cap the things the law says we cannot.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any particular exam result.
To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of an opportunity, a rank or an admission.
What we do not limit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that Indian law does not permit us to exclude. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 stand regardless of what this page says.
Law and disputes
Indian law. Talk to us first, and if that fails, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal. Consumers can also use the consumer forums.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
If something goes wrong, start with our Grievance Officer at support@jeenius.tech. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days. Most things end there.
If they do not, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction. This does not stop you as a consumer from going to the consumer commission where you live, or to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.
Changes to these terms
This is version 2026-08-16.1. If we change something significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change; if you do not, you can close your account and ask for a refund of any unused paid period.
